• An 11,000 square foot sanctuary with an 11,000 square foot basement for office space, youth and choir rooms
• HVAC loads carefully coordinated with expected occupancy loads and lighting requirements
• Plumbing design consisting of roof drainage, recirculating domestic hot water, plumbing fixtures and associated piping, and natural gas and condensate piping to serve HVAC equipment

• A 13,000 square foot new church building integrated into a multi-building development on campus
• Radiant floor heating with a displacement ventilation system supplying ventilation to the space
• HVAC controls specified as a BacNet open protocol system allowing for integration of this building with an anticipated future campus-wide network
• Plumbing design included coordination of gas loads with the propane system purveyor
• Sewage lift station design for waste from the 6,000 square foot basement
